We offer single side polished and double side polished (optical and Epi-ready grade) wafers in different orientations, i.e. A-plane, R-plane, C-plane, M-plane and N-plane. Each plane of sapphire has different properties and uses, e.g. c-plane sapphire substrates are widely used for growth of GaN thin films for laser diode and blue led applications. r-plane substrates are widely used for heteroepitaxial growth of electronic silicon thin films. The wafers are available in different sizes such as 2", 3", 4", 6", 8" , 12" and can be customized according to customer requirements.

Regarding the sapphire wafers package:

1. Sapphire waferis fragile. We have adequately packed it and labeled it fragile via cassette. We deliver through excellent domestic and international express companies to ensure transportation quality.

2. After receiving the sapphire wafers, please handle with care and check whether the outer carton is in good condition. Carefully open the outer carton and check whether the packing boxes are in alignment. Take a picture before you take them out.

3. Please open the vacuum package in a clean room when the sapphire wafers are to be applied.

4. If sapphire substrates are found damaged during courier, please take a picture or record a video immediately. DO NOT take the damaged sapphire wafers out of the packaging box! Contact us immediately and we will solve the problem well.
