1. Ky-Method growth furnace for 100-400kg sapphire crystal.
2. 100-400kg sapphire crystal body.
3. Using a drill barrel to drill the diameter 2inch-12inch 50-200mm lenth round ingot.
4. Use multy-wire cutting equipment to wire cut according to the thickness requirements.
5. Determine the precise crysatl orientation of the sapphire ingot through the orientation instrument.
6. After detecting defects, perform first time high temperature annealing.
7. As-cut wafers index inspection, annealing again.
8. Chamfer, grinding and cmp polishing are carried out by special equipment.
9. Using pure water for surface cleaning.
10. Transmittance detection and recording data.
11. Coating according to customer requirements.
12. Wafer is packed in a cassette box in a clean room after 100% data room.
